Lead Generator
- Salary 19k basic/ Uncapped commission

Energy Save Experts are continuing to expand, and we are looking for a driven, dedicated, experienced and switched-on lead generator to join our thriving team. The successful applicant will manage leads through our CRM and engage with those customers to expand the lead to its maximum potential by qualifying and rapport building, before passing through to our sales department . The ideal candidate will be inquisitive by nature, engaging, with excellent communication skills. Lead Generator's main duties include:
- Making high volume, outbound calls to warm leads and qualify customers for our services.
- Building rapport with our customers and provide them with a first-class service
- Update our CRM system with accurate account management data.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
- Working with the team to create a great place to work.
Skills required:
- Intellect, tenacity and pragmatism are a must to succeed in this role.
- An extensive knowledge of the energy industry
- You need to be self-motivated and an enthusiastic person
- Understand the fundamentals of relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to influence key stakeholders
- Inquisitive nature that enjoys learning

Energy advisor main duties include:
- Responsibility for pursuing leads through the CRM and via the website
- Engaging with potential customers and maximise every opportunity and sale
- Close sales opportunities, collaborating with others in the team where necessary
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the company’s product and service offering
- Engage in regular training and self-learning to ensure you can educate customers on new products
- Act in accordance with risk procedures and guidelines
